We at Bespoke Design have returned to work, our office staff are working remotely and are adjusting to a new way of life. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives in many ways and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, we need to learn and adapt to a new way of life.

As we return to our daily schedules, our main focus in on the health and wellbeing of our staff, our customers, and other trades we come into contact with on a daily basis. At the same time, we want to ensure that we adapt our services so we can continue to work as close to normality as possible. With this in mind, we have outlined a few changes to our business.

ENQUIRIES AND THE DESIGN STAGE

We are reviewing all enquiries as usual and can be contacted on 01780 722401 or by email at faye@bespokerutland.co.uk to start discussing your project.

We are now offering virtual appointments if you feel unsure about a site visit. This is so we can work through the initial design stages and your requirements. However, a site meeting to your home will be required as the next step to obtain measurements and to assess the project in full. It is essential for our designers attending the site to conduct themselves in a COVID friendly manner, maintain social distancing, and wear face coverings when needed.

SHOWROOM VISITS

We are still encouraging all potential and existing clients to visit us in Ketton by appointment only. Visits will be in our orangery or outside depending on the weather. Hand sanitizer is available upon entry, doors & windows will be left open at all times and face coverings will be worn if a distance of 2 meters cannot be maintained.

WORKING AT OUR CONTRACTED CLIENTS HOMES

Each and every member of our team are fully trained in hygiene procedures, distancing, and working within their designated groups. We will not have more than one team on site at any time to ensure the unnecessary risk to our staff or customers. They will have sanitised upon arrival to your home and will maintain strict regimes during their time with you.
They will have their own refreshment facilities so please do not be offended if they decline your offer for a refreshment.

Finally, we would like to reassure all our customers we will do everything possible to keep our team and customers safe on a daily basis. Our lead times on products have unfortunately increased but we are working together with our supply chains to make sure there are no further unnecessary delays.
