We chose Bespoke Design as our preferred supplier for the Orangery after checking other websites. After the initial enquiry, we were visited by the Director, Paul Vaughan, who listened to our requirements and gave his professional opinion and options. The meeting was very relaxed and we did not feel under any pressure to commit. Paul understood and answered our queries that assured us of our decision.
We were very impressed by the architect’s impression of the finished Orangery, provided within a couple of weeks. We are delighted to say that the completed Orangery lives to its expectations, and it is just stunning!
Throughout, the project was managed very professionally by Lee and Faye. The various trades involved in the construction were skilled and efficient in their trade. The quality of work carried out was excellent. We would like to commend on the brilliant work ethics: time keeping, adherence to safety, politeness, tidying up at the end of the day and most of all regular communication with us.
The project had its challenges which were managed and co-ordinated to successful completion by Faye. We were very impressed by the prompt responses to our concerns.
The level of detail and finish was excellent, e.g., careful matching and laying of brickwork, build quality of the lanterns, wall and floor finishing, electrical fittings, installation of doors and windows. Issues arising during the build were resolved effectively.
All our family and visitors have been delighted with the Orangery and have queried about Bespoke Design.

Considering that we committed to the project just a month before lockdown for Covid-19 came in March, I was pleasantly surprised when construction actually started on site a few weeks ahead of my expectation. I had been imagining all sorts of possible problems, but it all came together very professionally indeed.

I am still in awe of how stunning my orangery is. It is aesthetically beautiful and functional and I have the team at Bespoke Design led by Faye to thank for doing an amazing job.
I picked Bespoke Design for this project because they are a family run business with a good reputation and also because the do everything from designing, planning, doing all the building and electrical works and making sure all planning permissions are in place where appropriate. Faye, who oversees the works progress is exceptional and Lee ensures all is going to plan at the site. All the trades are professional and are extremely skilled in their various specialties. The work was finished to time, quality and budget. I have absolutely no complaints on any aspect of the work.
This company really care about customer service and satisfaction. All my calls were always returned and I received detailed updates on a daily basis. I really could go on all day about how fantastic Bespoke Design are but suffice to say I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to install an orangery. Thanks again Faye, Lee, Dave and David.

Excellent workmanship and service
Bespoke have just completed an orangery build for us. Our house is Grade II
listed, which added extra complexity, but the quality of workmanship and service throughout was excellent.
They managed the build from start to finish and paid real care and attention at every stage. We looked at several other companies but felt that Bespoke, as a family business, were more invested in our project than others. Would definitely recommend to others.
