YOUR INVESTMENT IN YOUR NEW, TRADITIONAL OR MODERN ORANGERY FROM BESPOKE DESIGN

It’s understandable that you would want to have an insight into your likely investment in your home addition. It’s also important to have clarity around what is and, critically, what isn’t included.

  • Is the building work included?
  • Will there be any interior work necessary to your existing home?
  • Are any planning, conservation or other necessary permissions included?
  • Has the likelihood of additional piling, due to poor ground conditions, been mentioned?
  • Are your heating requirements covered in your estimate?
  • What about any necessary landscaping needs?

A comprehensive estimate of your investment can only be given when all key elements are included. We have heard of cases where contracts have been signed and work planned, only to have additional work brought into the picture that wasn’t quoted for. Having a transparent understanding of pricing and total investment helps you to make an informed decision, no surprises and no additional, unexpected costs.

You’ll receive a fully itemised estimate before you make your decision and fully itemised, transparent invoices as we complete each key phase of your work.

The Bespoke Mission

The Bespoke Mission is to consistently deliver the finest structure for your home and for you to be delighted. Satisfied isn’t good enough.

To achieve that goal takes the concerted efforts and attention of everyone on the team; from the initial survey, through the design and specification of the finest materials, the building works and arriving at your installation. Your home extension is built from beginning to end by experienced and knowledgeable teams who work perfectly together and are justifiably proud of what they deliver.

Your Building Works

As we have our own building works team, you do not have to worry about finding a dependable, available, local builder.  Orangeries are classed as an extension, so fall under Building Regulations. Every aspect of your build process, from start to finish, is taken care of by our in-house teams, from plastering and screed, to carpentry and electrical requirements.

There’s a great deal to consider, however, you can be positive that your orangery, conservatory or garden room will be a fabulous addition to your living space and will increase the value of your home. Both of which are to be enjoyed.

If you have any questions, please call and we’ll be happy to help and answer them for you.
